Come explore how the Emei Qigong practice of Bi Gu can be of help to you. This day-long class will cover the energetics of food and how food can be used as therapy to bring the body gently back into balance. We will share the recipe and how-to for a delicious vegetable soup and salad which will initiate a Bi Gu State for those who want to experience it. In addition to Wuji Gong practice, other qigong will be taught from Emei 18 Method Form to strengthen the stomach and spleen. These are especially beneficial for those who experience digestive issues, intestinal symptoms or food sensitivity. It creates harmony and strengthens the body core.
