What is Emei Qigong?

The training in the Emei Qigong tradition provides the advantages of the dynamic-arts training of Daoism and the deep meditation of Buddhism, and it is also closely connected with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

For centuries, the West has focused its energies on conquering the external world and controlling the elements. The benefits of this pursuit are all around us, in the comforts and conveniences of modern life—but we have lost a great deal along the way.
